Course Registration Terms & Condition

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Once you are registered in the course,
      it is as a contract between you and our center and if you want to cancel
      your reservation, you will follow the standard refund policy: ‎
    • If you cancel at least 28 working days
      prior to the start of the course you will receive a full ‎refund minus
      a 10% administration fee.‎
    • If you cancel between 28 and
      10 working days prior to the start of the course you will ‎receive
      a 50% refund.‎
    • If you cancel less than 10 working
      days before the event you will not be entitled to a ‎refund.‎
    • No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.*‎
  2. Only fully paid courses are considered confirmed.
    We have various modes of payment: cash payment, credit card payment
    and online payment. Credit card and
    online payments are ‎accepted only before the course.‎
  3. Attendance will be taken and will be cross-checked during preparation of certificates.
    Please ‎ensure you are signed in and out before leaving.‎
  4. Certificates will be emailed within
    3 working days after the course, after verification of attendance
    and hours attended ‎according to QCHP guidelines. Original printed
    certificates will be available for collection or pickup after 3 days.
  5. CPD hours are based on ACTUAL
    hours attended despite full payment of the course.‎
